Dr. Numbers Taxes Pinup

Soo glad this could be finished in time for tax day!
This is a revision of a previous joke I drew sometime last year where Dr. Numbers treats doing taxes as some kind of fun game. Also it's sort of an "intellectual" pinup as opposed to Quigley's portrait. I couldn't fully ink in the black parts because this paper doesn't work with wetness very well.
Final advice for everyone who draws: hands ARE NOT as hard as everyone says they are. Just keep practicing them and eventually something will snap into place.
