Cleo and Marvin Pen Draw

I love them so much. >.< The National Space Council (NSC) is supposed to be like a NASA/DOT/College dorm hybrid. The scientists there work to do research and continuously improve the crime-ridden Cherryrim City. Their HQ also stands as a safe haven from said city, with a large amount of dorm rooms, a mess hall, a gymnasium, etc. in addition to their laboratories. The executives are the president, vice president, and these two who I don't think I've ever posted drawings of.

Cleo Hanoya, 28, is Chief of Security and third-in-command. She is mainly in charge of keeping the building secure and scientists safe, supervising projects for safety and security issues, and offering a self-defense course once a year. The difficulties Cleo regularly takes on makes her in charge behind the vice president.
Marvin Grey, 32, is the Master Record Keeper and Treasurer. Every file, history, and experiment/project information are in his possession. In collaboration with the President, he also works on financial matters. While Marvin's jobs aren't especially difficult compared to others, the sheer amount of information he has to keep track of gives him a lot of responsibility.
Cleo and Marvin are besties and are usually seen together. Individually, they personally enjoy flirting with coworkers, but they often end up going for the same men.
